The hostess seemed more interested in being on her phone than displaying the social skills needed for customer service. The restaurant wasn't very busy during lunch hours but the order took longer than expected, as if they were prioritizing take out orders rather than dine in. The food was served warm, but the hot tea was served lukewarm at best. The menu provided was the dinner menu, even though it was lunchtime. Perhaps they don't serve lunch specials on Friday of a holiday weekend, but that information wasn't provided by the server. I really wanted to give a 3.5 review but that wasn't an option and a 3 was too low so I gave it a 4. I'm hoping that this was just an off day, not a decline in the overall quality of the dining experience.

JSReston, VAMarch 21, 2026Food was delicious. We had sushi, spicy chicken (favorite) miso salmon, dumplings and more. Our server was attentive. However, portion sizes are getting smaller while prices are going up.
