Hostess was great and bar staff were great. The food was too salty and the service was horrible. We ate here when it first opened and it was everything you'd expect from a Gordon Ramsey restaurant. This time we felt like we could've gotten better service at IHOP. No food was explained to us and neither were the wines that were part of the food pairings. At one point he brought us a red wine and I had to flag him down to ask what type of wine it was "a Bordeaux" without telling us the name, the region, or why it was paired with the Wellington. When our favorite bites of the night were the potato puree and the Brussel sprouts you know something is wrong. These are not the standards to which the owner would expect their employees to be operating at.
