We did not have a reservation but snagged the last seats at the hightop area overlooking the window. We received hot towels upon arrival and were walked through the small bites menu. All the staff were nice and knowledgeable. We tried the tuna tostada and the A5 Waygu Toasts. The welcome drink was refreshing and the bar snacks were exquisite. I highly recommend and will be back to try the Sake.

DSPearland , TXMarch 01, 2026Went to the bar on Valentines for drinks and small bites. Awesome atmosphere, small and dark. Bartenders are seriously inventive, great drinks and presentation. The small sushi bites were amazing as well. Highly recommend.
