Made a pre-paid dinner reservation on Open Table only to find the restaurant closed. Open Table would not refund me and referred me to the restaurant and I was unable to make another reservation on the platform for the same night.

This was the day after Christmas and OpenTable experienced a glitch that opened our tables for reservations. Your money was returned and we again are sorry for your inconvenience.
