Mazra is a cozy Mediterranean haven in the Bay Area, founded by brothers Jordan and Saif Makableh as a tribute to their roots in Amman, Jordan; the restaurant proudly serves 100 percent Halal meat. Drawing on secret family recipes and Saif's formative stint in Sydney's "Little Beirut," the kitchen brings vibrant Levantine flavors to life while honoring generations of culinary tradition. Every element- from dishes that echo journeys to Petra, Wadi Rum, and Jarash to the relaxed, unhurried atmosphere' reflects a deep commitment to cultural heritage and genuine hospitality.
