DJHouston , TXJune 27, 2026We loved our dinner at Barbacana! Went for the "No Reservations" prix-fixe menu, and really enjoyed everything. Standouts included the red snapper, wagyu tartare, fish crudo, and - especially - the sweet potato dessert with carmelized garlic and toasted marshmallow ice cream - a showstopper! Warm and friendly service and a fun downtown vibe.

Service was good, servers were knowledgeable about preparation and ingredients, wine list could be better especially sparklings (no Corpinnats, Franciacortas, cremants by the glass or bottle except for a Loire cremant offered by the glass).
