Sushi | Bar's intimate 12-seat counter invites guests to witness chefs crafting culinary treasures right before their eyes with their two unique dining experiences. The $95, 10-course omakase dinner begins at 5:30 PM, featuring Sushi | Bar signatures and innovative takes on classic dishes. The $175, 17-course omakase dinners are available at 7:30 PM and 9:30 PM, delivering an elevated culinary journey. Each experience starts 20 minutes prior to the scheduled seating with a complimentary welcome cocktail. Due to limited seating, reservations require a non-refundable deposit applied to the final bill. A 20% service charge is added. For no-shows or cancellations within 12 hours that cannot be re-booked, the full menu price plus tax and gratuity will be charged.

  • Excellent Omakase. Shorter menu only available at the 530pm slot. Had the 17 course menu which was excellent as well. Fish was fresh, and the preparations were well balanced, and innovative. Excellent service. Would highly recommend.
