Sparks is a classic. The food is wonderful. Great steaks and sides. Excellent wine list. The location is perfect for me. The atmosphere is exactly what one would expect from a "classic NY steakhouse," although it has an Italian feel to it too.

MPAllentown , NJDecember 17, 2025I ordered the lamb chops, but I received a veal chop. Since we had plans after dinner, I didn't want to wait and ate what they brought. Unfortunately while it was tasty, a significant portion was truly raw.
