Great dinner! Loved the happy hour caviar.

KBSeattle , WAOctober 31, 2025We did the Chef's Table and while not cheap, it was awesome. From the tuna sashimi to start to the Waygu strip to end it was unique with little interesting items on every plate. In fact the final steak was the weakest but only because it was steak with some interesting sauces and the other courses were so unique. And the steak was just fine too so there's that. The serving staff was great, I mean really great and I enjoyed chatting with and observing the four cooks go after it. I learned a few hacks but not sure if I loved them all! Like precooking the cheeseburger cheese and keeping it warm above the stove. Well it obviously works because the food was delicious, surprisingly filling (portions weren't skimpy like many tasting menus) and impeccable. Best meal I've had in a long time and made me want to come back. They even subbed foie gras for momma's octopus that my son and I loved. We got the better one!
