EGFairfax, VAOctober 09, 2025We placed the online order and was told it would take 20 minutes. We arrived on time and told it would take another 10 minutes. 25 minutes later, we only received half our order and only then were we told they did not have the ingredients for the remaining dishes. We asked for a refund for the two dishes and told that we had to wait for the manager to arrive. We left and called 30 minutes later, after we found food elsewhere. The manager initially did not agree to the refund request, saying he had gone out to purchase the ingredients and could now make it. I told him we had already eaten something else and then he agreed to refund the two dishes. He never tried to "make it right" or try to keep this customer.
