Quiet bookstore, 2 employees, 1 on phone so why did other person make me wait so long to take my order? Looked on menu on internet before went to shop and thought it was food supplied by a restaurant, not something from a grocery store. OK, but not what menu led me to believe

Thank you for bringing the flaws of our menu to our attention.
