  • We decided to stop in for happy hour as we were walking around the World Center area. The restaurant was small but very nice. We enjoyed the vibes. The waiter was very nice and was knowledgeable about what was in the menu. Our drinks and food items were very good. My spouse did not care for 1 of the items but the chef offered to remake a fresh serving. We will definitely go again!!

  • Wow! One of the all time worst experiences at a restaurant that had amazing reviews. Place was dead on a Saturday night-never a good sign. We quickly learned why it was dead. Kitchen had almost no staff. Dirty plates were piled up near where food was being prepared. The host who seated us had to double as our server, to the extent he occasionally appeared at our table. Seriously! No server. Ever. Two of us got soup (way too salty) 10 minutes before the others received their (pretty tasty) salads, with a very passive apology. 20 minutes later our entrees arrived. The steaks were cold, probably from sitting in the kitchen with no one to deliver them to the table. They did apologize and comped the steaks, though the right thing to do would have been to offer to prepare fresh hot steaks. Instead they offered to "heat them up"!! Really? By the way, it was the smallest serving of steak I've ever seen. I'm assuming this place will be gone soon, which explains the short staff, poor service and dead Saturday night. So many better choices in this neighborhood.
