  • Tasty lunch with promo deal. My partner's sub was tasty but a little soggy. Didn't seem that it was toasted. My sub was Ok and tasty. Minor issue: when I picked up order I asked for a printout of my receipt that shows credit and how it was paid for. I needed this for expense report. Staff seemed a little annoyed that I had asked. Especially when I pay by credit card I would like a receipt please ! Otherwise visit was OK.

  • Tasty food. Good promotions. Had a few issues with Firehouse Subs app: store location & sandwich customization. I carefully reviewed order on app (after several tries) to make sure store # and sandwich choices were correct. Food was ready on time. Only problem was we asked for no side pickle and there was one alongside each sandwich, fortunately the paper separated from sandwiches.
