Really enjoyed the Gibson Room. The cocktails were on point, food was delicious, and the service was top notch - super friendly and attentive without being overbearing. The shift away from strict fine dining toward a cocktail bar with great food is a smart move and it works. My only honest feedback is pricing. The neighborhood is Coral Way - a real, working-class Miami community - and spending this much on a casual Tuesday night out just isn't sustainable for most locals. Drop the prices just a touch and I think this place becomes a packed neighborhood staple.
