The fish and entree did not stand out. It was typical sushi rolls that you can get at an avg sushi restaurant for double the price. The caviar was a great experience but it had no taste. I imagined it being a little saltier (this my first time having caviar as a dish). The red meat was my favorite.

ELSan Marino, CAOctober 09, 2025Kaviar is an absolute gem. From the moment you walk in, the service is impeccable-from the host to the busser, everyone makes you feel welcome and taken care of. The sushi is outstanding: incredibly fresh fish, artfully prepared, and truly a great value considering the quality. The atmosphere is a perfect blend of decadent and quaint-elegant without being over-the-top. It's ideal for a romantic date night, a fun outing with friends, or even a special celebration. Parking can be a bit tricky, but they offer valet service, which makes it easy. All in all, Kaviar delivers an exceptional dining experience that's definitely worth it.

Less than a five minute wait the head Sushi chef Bill was wonderful good conversation, friendly with a little humor. Bill took excellent care of us. All the food was delicious sake was wonderful. The whole experience was above and beyond my expectations even though I have been there a few times in the past as well.
