Drago Centro showcases refined Italian cuisine under Chef Celestino Drago with classic Italian techniques meeting modern creativity through hand-crafted pastas, premium steaks, Mediterranean sea bass, and indulgent desserts.They are now serving lunch Monday to Friday from 11:30A.M. to 2:30P.M. with their bar menu from 3P.M. to close.The expansive space includes an open kitchen, private dining rooms, an outdoor patio, and a unique demonstration kitchen housed within a former bank vault.
