• My coworkers and I went as one of our teammates had taken his wife there twice. None of us are from SoCal, so we were excited to try a popular, long-standing establishment. Apps and drinks came out quickly, as did most of our entrees. One of my coworkers didn't get his dish, and we notified the waiter and hour into sitting down. After asking for management (I hate escalating to that point), his meal came 2 hrs after we sat down. They were nice enough to comp our entire meal and offered the next meal on them, but not sure I'd go back. The ambience is beautiful, and I get that they're really busy, but 2 hrs to wait for a chicken dish is not worth it. I appreciate the meal comp, but please address the kitchen issues

• Lovely location! The food and service were good, but you're really there for the location. Views were incredible and the vibe was great early in the evening. It would be nice to see the atmosphere at night, but we went soon after they opened to avoid the crowds. This was perfect for us. I can imagine the crowds get bigger later in the night (especially on weekends) and the valet line can get long - both to drop off and pick up your vehicle. With a 5:30pm reservation on a Saturday night, we had no wait for the valet and our table was ready right on time. Definitely a location everyone has to experience at least once. It's a pricey meal, but you're paying for exceptional views.

• Excellent restaurant and atmosphere. The food is good and service excellent. But they charged me with tips included on a large bill and I didn't know and added tips on it again. Felt a bit of a scam.
