About

Tavola is the creative genius of Nick Accardi and his business partner Mark Orram, a restaurant industry veteran of more than 30 years. While traveling widely through Italy, Accardi fell in love with the flavors he discovered in Rome, the regions of Puglia and Sicily, as well as the town of his familial roots, Castelvetrano. Begin your culinary tour of Italy at Tavola with antipasto, burrata imported from Puglia, or the babaluci, escargot with a Sicilian salsa verde. Pasta selections range from traditional lasagna to spinach fettuccine served with chicken meatballs, whole wheat penne with salmon, or a seafood spaghetti. Gluten-free penne is available. More than a dozen different pizza selections are handcrafted in wood-burning, Neapolitan ovens. Choose from creative combinations like the Vendetta Sarda, a pizza with wild boar sausage, wild mushrooms, mozzarella, and plum tomato sauce. The little neck clams pizza includes fresh clams, roasted garlic, mozzarella, and pepperoni. Traditional favorites like the marinara or the margherita pizzas are also on the menu. The wine menu boasts an impressive selection of whites, reds, or sparkling offerings. Beer is also available. Lunch and dinner are served daily while weekend afternoons feature a comprehensive brunch with an espresso bar and delicious desserts such as homemade cheesecake and tiramisu. Full menu take out and catering are also available.

  • Server was excellent. Very good sales person. Knew everything about the food. Food was very good. Atmosphere rustic but nice. Food quality excellent and certainly overshadowed anything about the rustic atmosphere. Loved it and plan to return.
