Widely regarded as the place with the best wings in Bethesda, Tommy Joe's is a relaxed sports bar and grill where everyone is welcome. The dining space is roomy and contemporary with unfussy decor, ample table and bar seating, and plenty of HDTVs keep you up-to-date on all the sports action. But the true star of Tommy Joe's is the 2,000-square-foot rooftop bar that has views overlooking the Woodmont Triangle, heat lamps for when it gets cold, and its own collection of HDTVs tuned into the latest games. Their menu is filled with comforting American pub grub, including the aforementioned famous wings in your choice of sauce (try the signature house pho style), salads, sandwiches, burgers, wraps, and entrees like jumbo lump Maryland crab cakes, blackened chicken pasta, and seared ahi tuna. Multiple bar areas offer plenty of beer, wine, and cocktails to choose among, and happy hour happens daily with deals on select items. Different food specials are featured throughout the week, such as Taco Tuesdays and Fajita Fridays, and there's often something fun happening like trivia night, karaoke, holiday parties, and live DJs and dancing on Friday and Saturday nights. Also available for take-out, delivery, and hosting private parties, Tommy Joe's is the place to be for good times with friends, families, and neighbors you have yet to meet.
