Shucked to-order oysters, chilled lobster & shrimp salad, and le grand plateau filled with chilled shellfish are delicious ways to start any meal. The creamy burrata and steak tartare are also fabulous preludes to entrees like braised short ribs, venison Bolognese, and the branzino with saffron jus.
