• The food was overpriced and was all overdone, including the pasta, which is a basic staple for an Italian restaurant. Items had to be repeatedly requested before they were brought to the table. Items, like glasses and silverware, along with the restrooms were just dingy and dirty. Overall, just a strange vibe.

• The perfect little Italian escape, right in downtown Fairfax City. My wife and I were looking for a quiet dinner out and with the Olympics finishing up in Milan we were inspired to go Italian. We arrived a little early for our reservation but were met with a friendly greeting and seated right away. The host delivered bread and offered olive oil and grated cheese for dipping. Just reading the menu we could tell that thought and care were put into each dish. I started with the mozzarella tower and my wife chose a salad. Both were nicely prepared. For the main courses we selected the gnocchi and the linguini Bellicimo. The only "mistake" in the evening was that they prepared the linguini Frutti di mare. They offered to correct, but I was happyhappy to try the dish that they prepared. We finished with the Tiramisu which was light and delicious!
