We sit at the bar and had appetizers, Mike is the best bartender, the food is delicious and Vera Voz plays great music.
LLFrisco , TXOctober 17, 2026We had a fabulous dinner at Arthurs Steakhouse last Wednesday evening dining with another couple, and the entire experience hit every high note. Arthurs has been in business for over 40 years, and it shows in the best way possiblethe timeless ambiance immediately brings to mind an old-line New York City classic, complete with great energy and live music nightly in the lounge. The bar executes everything to perfection. We started the evening with Gimlets accented with Roses lime juice, which is truly the only proper way to make them: crisp, balanced, and nostalgic. For the table, we ordered the escargot, prepared the old-fashioned way and swimming in sizzling garlic butteran outstanding start. The entrees were exceptional across the board. I had the lobster, which was succulent, perfectly prepared, and downright delicious. My companion was in absolute heaven with the pan-seared five-onion crusted Chilean sea bass, beautifully complemented by silky mashed potatoes, sauteed asparagus, and a rich beurre blanc. Our friends were just as thrilled with their selections: he thoroughly enjoyed the slow-braised veal osso bucco over creamy parmesan risotto with a deep demi-glace, while she raved about the fresh Dover sole meuniere accompanied by scalloped potatoes and asparagus. Every dish came out flawlessly timed and bursting with classic flavor. To top off a wonderful evening, we shared the decadent Belgian chocolate mousse and the homemade Grand Marnier souffle, both of which were light, airy, and the ultimate sweet finish. Between the superb cuisine, warm and attentive service, and the vibrant music lounge, Arthurs delivers an upscale, traditional dining experience that is increasingly rare to find. We simply cannot wait to return!

MDDallas, TXOctober 13, 2026The service was excellent. I didn't catch his name but our waiter was very personable and did a great job being there when we needed him and not when we didn't. My steak was little overdone; ordered medium rare and it was medium. Fortunately, it wasn't too dried out to still enjoy. The orange sherbert palate cleanser was great, so had another scoop for dessert (off menu)!
