HERE’S THE SCOOP:
- Once you accumulate $20 in cash back, your earnings will be applied to your most recently used linked card.
- Rewards will no longer be paid out via an American Express® Reward Card and instead cash back will be automatically applied to your most recently used linked card.
- To earn cash back, be sure you have a Visa®, Mastercard®, or American Express® debit/credit card linked to your account. Discover® cards will no longer be supported.

How will I receive my cash back?
You’ll receive your cash back on your most recently used linked card. Your cash back earnings will be applied to your card’s next statement balance as a credit.
What happens to my existing American Express® Reward Cards?
Good news—all existing American Express® Reward Cards will still be active. We encourage you to take advantage of these rewards. Please note that since we’ve transitioned to cash back, we’ll no longer be mailing American Express® Reward Cards to our members.
Do I still need to complete a review to earn cash back?
Yes, you’ll still need to complete your required review within 30 days of dining to earn your cash back.
Will my earn rate change with the transition to cash back?
No, you’ll continue to earn at your current rate of 3%, 5%, or 10% cash back, depending on your membership level.
What types of debit/credit cards can I use to earn cash back?
To earn cash back, be sure you have a Visa®, Mastercard®, or American Express® debit/credit card linked to your account. Discover® cards will no longer be supported.
