  • It was our first time there and it was a cute and cozy place. We made a reservation and that was a good thing as there were two larger groups there at the same time. We arrived a few minutes early and were promptly seen to our reserved table. Our food came out wonderfully timed between the two other larger parties. The servers were kind and welcoming and the food was delicious. We shared the lasagna and the macaroni and cheese.

  • I know they try to elevate the experience and ride the coat tails of the Guy Fieri DDD exposure, but the place is not living up to the hype. It's teeny and cramped, so atmosphere is really lacking a lot. The hard wooden bench seating is not at all comfortable and the tablecloths are covered in butcher paper. OK, that's not what people say they go there for, but just so you know it won't be comfortable surroundings. The food was decent, but not anything to rave about; I've had much better Bruscetta at Postino's. The pasta with beets, sausage and gorgonzola cream sauce was tasty, as was the pulled pork and "black" olive pasta (actually kalamata olives), but nothing we had really wowed us. Prices are decent, but I can't say the value was great.
