Good happy hour but definitely seems like more of an evening/night vibe so I'd come back for that instead!
VSPhiladelphia , PAAugust 15, 2026We stopped in to try Carbon's daily happy hour menu. We ordered nearly everything on the food menu and every dish was delicious. We also tried several of their specialty cocktails and they were all fantastic. Unique, high quality dishes and drinks. Definitely plan to return.
RCChicago , ILJuly 13, 2026I visited Carbon twice and each time had a great experience. Giving it four stars as there are a number of rules to their happy hour specials. Other than that the food is solid and the staff is welcoming and attentive.
