Service is always great, although sometimes they are busy and only have one person working. I've never encountered a negative attitude here and my drink is great about 95% of the time. The few times I haven't enjoyed my drink is because I've ordered it iced and it didn't have any ice, it was just made cold. Overall, I enjoy coming here and am glad they have a location in my neighborhood. I just wish they would be open a little later a few days of the week, but I understand closing at 3 PM as well.
