Dōjō is a newly opened Izakaya and Saké Bar created by the team behind the Michelin-rated and James Beard-nominated Zitz Sum. Dōjō is inspired by the intimate charm of small Japanese bars, high-quality seafood, and the art of charcoal cooking. The space blends Japandi design with Bauhaus influences, creating a modern and timeless setting. Rooted in the philosophy of Ichigo Ichie, Dōjō embodies a commitment to exceptional hospitality, outstanding food and drink, and the beauty of being present in the moment.

  • I really enjoyed the atmosphere, it felt like a fine dining restaurant but it was also hip and not stuffy. The food was excellent and very well portioned. The use of a Konro grill is what drew me in, and the grilled food did not disappoint.
