• sat myself at the bar, and having made contact with the bartender no less than 3 times, I was never greeted nor asked my order. The bartender, in fact, served someone who arrived after me, as well as poured himself a water without ever serving me. I then went to the host stand and asked for a table. After being seated, my drink order and total order was taken by the man who seated me. My beer took about 10 minutes to arrive. After finishing my meal, it took a good 5-10 minutes more for my waiter to reappear and which time I asked for my check. I remained at my table for another 15 minutes without receiving my check meanwhile the table behind me was seated, ate, closed out and left. I eventually got up and had to chase my waiter down to ask for the check again. Completely unsatisfactory service experience.
