GWScottsdale, AZDecember 08, 2025Joe's is a classic diner, and a Phoenix institution. It draws very well at breakfast and lunch. Nothing special about the decor except it's truly old school diner. I enjoyed my Corned Beef Hash, served with 3 eggs (ordered "over easy" but came out medium). I asked for the Hash to be "well done" hoping that it would be crispy. It was delicious, but not crispy. The portion size was not overwhelming so don't count on splitting with anyone. Parking is plentiful in their lot which surrounds the building. Service was very good, the coffee hot and tasty, and best of all, the biscuit which comes with the Hash was freshly made and delicious! Prices are reasonable.

EMPhoenix , AZDecember 02, 2025I only come here for a group meeting due to location, not the food, which is terrible. Or the ambiance, as it is grungy. Wish we met elsewhere.
